Speaking of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus, it has a tri-cluster-64-Bit octa-core CPU that integrates 1 ARM Cortex-A77 Big core operating at up to 3.10GHz clock speed, 3 Cortex-A77 Middle cores at 2.50GHz, and other 4 Cortex-A55 Tiny cores at 1.80GHz clock speed while its upgraded version, the Snapdragon 870 also features a tri-cluster-64-Bit octa-core CPU that includes 1 ARM Cortex-A77 Big core clocked at up to 3.20GHz, 3 Cortex-A77 Middle cores at 2.42GHz and other 4 Cortex-A55 Small cores at 1.80GHz clock speed.
For gaming, the SD 865 Plus integrates an Adreno 650 GPU operating at up to 670MHz while the SD 870 also features the Adreno 650 GPU but its clock speed is unknown. We assume to have a better clock speed in the newer Snapdragon 870.
The Snapdragon 865 Plus and the 870, are fabricated on the same 7nm manufacturing process because of which both use the same power and both are efficient.
